You’ve probably heard of traditional acupuncture, which uses small needles to stimulate points throughout your body, including your ears.

Auriculotherapy is a healthcare modality in which the external surface of the ear, or auricle, is stimulated to alleviate pathological conditions in other parts of the body. While originally based upon the ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture, the link, or correspondence, of specific parts of the body to specific parts of the ear was first developed in modern France. It is helpful in the treatment of stress, chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, migraines, addictions (like smoking, for example), and more, all of which may cause or exacerbate already existing cardiac symptoms and issues.
